Your experience is important to us. We want to make it easy for you to see your benefit information through the Ultra Access mobile app:
1. On the main Ultra Access home page, you will be able to see:
- All your benefits in one place (like Transportation, Wellness, and others)
- The available balance for each benefit
- How many items are in your cart
- Your total remaining balance
2. You can browse and shop by benefit type. Each benefit has its own section, so you can easily find what you need.
3. As you add items to your cart, you will see your remaining balance update for each benefit.
4. In your shopping cart, benefits are organized into sections. For each benefit, you can see:
- Available balance
- Amount spent
- Remaining balance
